• Passive · Chess Sense — Basic attacks deal magic damage; skill hits stack a Chess-Sense mark (at 4 stacks it spawns a chess piece under the enemy for magic damage and permanently banks a piece for her board — kills/assists/every 60 seconds also grant 5 pieces, each adding ability power). Triggered pieces are pulled toward the board's center for magic damage along the line. Lethal damage instead banishes her to safety, granting a piece, damage immunity, and 30% move speed for 1 second (150-second cooldown).
• 1 · Rapid Advance — Places a piece at a location for magic damage and vision, cutting her 2's cooldown; a piece inside her board is pulled to the center for bonus magic damage and a slow, and empowers her next basic for bonus damage. Banking enough pieces unlocks stronger tiers of the empowered basic.
• 2 · Suppress the Spirit — Deals magic damage at a location that spreads into a board for 10 seconds; any hero crossing its edge is marked/slowed. Recasting pulls enemies in the target direction toward the center for more magic damage; bonus damage against non-heroes.
• Ultimate · The Ever-Changing Game — Draws a void chessboard anchored at her position; after 1.5 seconds it fully forms, launching enemies in the area and trapping them inside for 4 seconds while stacking Chess-Sense marks on them and revealing vision. Successfully trapping a hero banks a use of her 1.

Build 1: Boots of Calmness → Echo Staff → Dusk's Flow → Scholar's Wrath → Godslayer's Tome → Golden Excalibur

Tip: Boots of Calmness and Dusk's Flow heavily cut her cooldowns, letting her cast faster and lock down her board more often; late game, her empowered-basic upgrades pair with Godslayer's Tome and Golden Excalibur for both sustain and burst.

Build 2: Boots of Calmness → Echo Staff → Dusk's Flow → Scholar's Wrath → Godslayer's Tome → Sage's Codex

Tip: Swapping Sage's Codex in for Golden Excalibur leans more on skill damage and less on the empowered basic, keeping her safer while dealing damage.

Inscriptions: Nightmare, Insight, Hunt

Tip: Nightmare, Insight, and Hunt strengthen her move speed and magic damage; you can also swap some of Hunt for Greed to boost spell vamp instead.
